New 17,600 SF medical office building to serve as the regional healthcare hub for the client. The
program consists of 26 exam rooms and support spaces for multiple providers. Support spaces
include (but not limited to) offices, laboratory, x-ray, procedure rooms, equipment storage as well as a
central nurse’s station. In addition to the clinical spaces the project also encompasses a
compounding pharmacy, pharmaceutical distribution, and dental suite.
